SCHRUMPF! LOVE:15
Two people meet to create a work of art together. What stories or ideas does each person bring with them? And what comes out in the end? In two duets, four artists explore their similarities and differences and bring them to the stage in sound, movement and images. Recommended for families with children between 5 and 8 years.
In SCHRUMPF! LOVE:15 the violinist and performer Mari Sawada meets the dancer and choreographer Nitsan Margaliot and the musician and performer Ildiko Ludwig meets the choreographer and director Lionel Ménard. Together with them, the audience enters a world full of possible forks in the road and watches as artists find each other.
At Schrumpf! Berlin ensembles present their current productions - in family format. New art forms are discovered, places explored, movements tried out, sounds listened to - and everyone can join in.
For the series Schrumpf! current premieres of the independent scene are edited so that they appeal in a moderated, condensed version both to a family audience with children of different ages and to adults who enjoy the mediated access to new artistic perspectives.
Schrumpf! is a project by LOUDsoft. LOUDsoft was founded in 2018 by Kaleidoskop member, violinist and performer Daniella Strasfogel, out of an impulse to create family events that she herself would enjoy going to with her family. LOUDsoft seeks to build bridges between the worlds of children's art and adult art, bringing interactive and challenging musical experiences to the stage for young people and their families.
