A brilliantly dystopic musical theatre evening by Georg Nussbaumer: along the former route of the Berlin Wall the Solistenensemble Kaleidoskop today’s remnants of Ulysses’ mistaken course while using the video and sound material created on the fringes of the vanished city: Bach’s The Art of Fugue is repeated, mirrored and overwritten and supplemented with Schubert’s Erl-King triplets dashing forwards.
